TEXTSPLIT(text, col_delimiter, [row_delimiter], [ignore_empty], [match_mode], [pad_with])
```

returns: `array`

## arguments

- text: text: required
- col_delimiter: text: required
- row_delimiter: text: optional
- ignore_empty: boolean: optional, defaults to 0
- match_mode: number: optional
- pad_with: any: optional
