terms

what deepcalc is, who can use it, payments, acceptable use, content ownership and liability.

what deepcalc is

deepcalc is a spreadsheet runtime for agents. You create and edit workbooks through the web app, the HTTP API and MCP; an excel-compatible engine calculates them, and every change is journaled so workbooks can be branched, diffed, reviewed and merged.

who can use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must read and agree to our privacy policy (deepcalc.com/privacy).
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account — including agents acting with your credentials.
  • One person or organization per account.

payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By using deepcalc you agree to Stripe's terms.

  • Billing is monthly, by plan.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months.
  • A free tier is available with no card required.

acceptable use

Don't:

  • Use deepcalc for illegal content or activity.
  • Attempt to access other accounts' data or break workbook isolation.
  • Probe, overload or circumvent rate limits and quotas.
  • Use the calculation engine for unrelated compute workloads.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself.
  • Resell the service without authorization.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

content and intellectual property

You own the workbooks and data you create or import.

By using deepcalc you give us permission to store, calculate and serve your workbooks to you and to anyone you share them with. If you make a workbook public, others can view and fork it; forks made while it was public belong to their owners.

We can remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

service availability

We provide deepcalc "as is" without warranties.

We can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, and we can modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

liability

We're not liable for:

  • Results computed by your formulas or your agents, or decisions made from them.
  • Content you or your agents put into workbooks.
  • Payment processor issues (Stripe's terms apply).
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless deepcalc and System Operator LLC from any claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of deepcalc.

termination

You can close your account anytime.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.

Upon termination API access stops and your data is handled per our privacy policy.

changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll email active users about significant changes.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
